About The Position

TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Technician for one of our top clients in the La Crosse, WI area. This role is in a fast-paced environment and offers stability, growth, and updated technology. The Desktop Technician will be supporting deployments of hardware, performing password resets, handling break/fix issues on hardware, upgrading software, setting up workstations, and more. They will also be supporting applications and interfacing with other teams. Networking troubleshooting is also a key part of this role, and reimaging experience is a must. The technician will work with Windows computers, printers, and other devices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Desktop Support experience
• Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware
• Network troubleshooting experience
• Hardware support experience with laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and handheld scanners
• Windows 11 experience
• Office 365 experience
• Active Directory experience
