About The Position
Our client is looking for a Desktop Technician to work in a fast-paced environment. This Desktop Technician will be supporting deployments of hardware, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software, workstation setups, and more. They will be supporting applications as well as interfacing with other teams. Networking troubleshooting is also part of the role. Reimaging experience is a must. They will work with Windows computers, Printers, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Desktop Support
- Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
- Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices, handhelds scanners
- Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory experience
