About The Position

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment. They will be troubleshooting and closing tickets in a hospital setting and will be required for drug test and all medical compliance (flu, varicella, MMR, and tdap). Candidates will need to be flexible if they are asked to go to another nearby location. Therefore, they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas. They will also respond to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email. They will manage user accounts and permissions in AD. Experience is required working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers.

  • Experience working with patch panels.

  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with PC Support.
  • Experience with Desktop Support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be flexible if asked to go to another nearby location.
  • Must be able to provide white glove assistance.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must complete all medical compliance (flu, varicella, MMR, and tdap).

Responsibilities
