This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perris, CA. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues, maintaining and managing workload through an ITSM ticketing system, and supporting hardware, software, and networking issues on various devices. The technician will also train end-users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook.
