Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- SQL experience is a big plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure accurate setup and configuration of workstations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot computer and software issues.
- Identify and resolve computer hardware and software problems.
- Set up and install workstations for new employees.
- Train staff on basic computer skills.
- Perform routine inspections of computer equipment.
- Keep computer software and operating systems up to date.
