Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Goldsboro, NC and provide end-user support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of IMAC experience
• Knowledge of imaging, set up, and deployment
• Ability to perform asset tracking in ServiceNow
• Strong desktop support troubleshooting experience
• Good customer facing skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks
• Image, set up, and deploy desktops
• Perform asset tracking in ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot desktop support issues
• Engage with customers effectively
