About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems and endpoint support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to large-scale deployments, upgrades, and ongoing support operations while delivering high-touch “white glove” service to end users.

Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting Windows environments
  • Experience with Active Directory (user/account administration)
  • Hands-on PC/Desktop Support experience
  • Knowledge of: Networking basics (IP, connectivity, drives, printers), Peripheral setup and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver white glove support in a professional environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support (in person, phone, email) to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows environments (Windows 10/11 primarily), Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, access), Hardware, desktops, workstations, and thin clients
  • Support network connectivity issues: IP conflicts, Network drive mapping, Printer setup and support
  • Deploy and support: Desktop computers, Thin clients, Multifunction printers
  • Participate in IT projects such as: Device imaging and deployment, System upgrades and cleanup initiatives
  • Perform routine on-site support activities and ticket resolution
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
