Position Summary At Clay Lacy Aviation, the IT Service Desk Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technology support across the organization. In this role, you will provide responsive end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and help ensure a seamless technology experience for employees. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, configuring and deploying systems in accordance with company standards, and maintaining accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and software licenses. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically proficient, and committed to delivering a high level of customer support in a fast-paced aviation environment.
