This role involves managing IT support tickets, configuring and deploying new machines, providing off-site support, determining incident priority, escalating unresolved issues, maintaining a knowledge base and IT equipment inventory, assisting with login requests, troubleshooting technical issues within the SRHC environment, and performing basic preventive maintenance of equipment.
