About The Position

Desktop Support Engineer Level 1 providing onsite, hands‑on desktop support for corporate users. This role supports laptops, desktops, thin clients, peripherals, and basic software issues that cannot be resolved remotely by the help desk. This is a junior‑level opportunity designed to grow talent internally through training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Walk‑up and desk‑side troubleshooting
  • New hire laptop setup and hardware refresh support
  • Password resets and basic Active Directory tasks
  • Assigning users to Intune groups for software access
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 / Office issues
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately
  • Delivering high‑touch customer service to non‑technical users
