About The Position

Tyto Athene is searching for two Desktop Support Engineers/Endpoint Administrators to support a customer based in Washington, DC. Engineers will spend nearly half their time on engineering initiatives, including endpoint automation, PowerShell scripting, endpoint imaging improvements, patch management, vulnerability remediation, endpoint modernization, incident response support, and documentation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
• Windows 10/11 administration
• macOS administration
• Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune
• JAMF
• Ivanti
• KACE
• Mobile Device Management (iPhone/iPad/Android)
• Microsoft 365 support
• Imaging and workstation deployment
• Patch management
• MFA support
• VPN troubleshooting
• PowerShell scripting (required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Secret Clearance required
• Must pass an FBI background check and complete fingerprinting at U.S. Capitol Police HQ
