About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on and remote support for an enterprise Windows environment supporting 300+ users. This role requires strong Windows troubleshooting skills, experience supporting peripheral devices, solid Active Directory knowledge, and a customer‑first mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong Windows 10 desktop support experience, including imaging, setup, and enterprise‑level troubleshooting
  • Proven experience supporting peripheral devices such as printers and mobile devices
  • Solid working knowledge of Active Directory (required)
  • Experience supporting users in an environment of 300+ end users
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently while knowing when to escalate issues

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Exposure to Windows 11 support environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to-day desktop and end‑user support in a Windows 10 enterprise environment, including imaging, device setup, configuration, and break/fix troubleshooting
  • Support and manage peripheral devices such as printers, mobile devices, and other workplace hardware, ensuring proper configuration and connectivity
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and connectivity in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform user account management tasks in Active Directory, including account creation, password resets, group membership changes, and access troubleshooting
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service by communicating clearly with end users, setting expectations, and following through to resolution
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to maintain accurate support records and improve service efficiency
