About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support across end-user systems, infrastructure, and enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, device management, and supporting core Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
  • 3+ years of overall IT support experience
  • 3+ years supporting Active Directory, including: Group Policy management, User account administration, File share and network drive management
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot, including: Application deployment, Device management (Windows and Apple), Endpoint configuration and support
  • 2+ years of network troubleshooting experience, with knowledge of: IP addressing and subnetting, DHCP and static IP configuration, VLANs and network segmentation, Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • 2+ years supporting Microsoft Exchange (on-prem or cloud)
  • 1+ year experience with Windows Server technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime and weekend support as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Network+, etc.) or Microsoft certifications are preferred
  • MPLS routing (preferred)
  • Exposure to Fortinet, Aruba, and Meraki environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support for Windows-based environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Manage and support Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, group policy updates, file shares, and network drive management
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device provisioning, application deployment, and endpoint management across Windows and Apple devices
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and/or cloud/O365) environments
  • Perform network troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity issues, IP configurations, and Wi-Fi performance
  • Assist with maintaining and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including VLANs and segmented environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability
  • Provide support during off-hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
