About The Position

Join DYOPATH as a Desktop Support Analyst I. Are you energized by solving technical puzzles and helping people stay connected and productive? DYOPATH is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst I who thrives on teamwork, curiosity, and delivering exceptional support. This role is located on-site in Nashville, TN, and operates on a 1st Shift schedule (8:30a-5p CST), Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $19/hour. As a Desktop Support Analyst I, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations and enabling users to perform effectively. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, expand your technical skills, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent work experience
A+ Certification required
Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check prior to hire

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
Document processes and create knowledge base articles
Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
