About The Position
A State Savings Bank Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to our team members with a "Yes, I can" approach. A Desktop Support Specialist is expected to be available to work Monday through Saturday. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSTION IN TRAVERSE CITY, MI.
Requirements
- Microsoft Active Directory – User Administrator
- Core Processing (Horizon, FSI Image Center, check printing, Scanners, etc.)
- Secure Exchange – User Administration & End User Support
- MS365 – User Administration & End User Support
- Kace – Operations
- Mitel – User administration, hardware configuration and support
- End User Incident Response
- NAC - Operations
- Tech Support (user issues, phone support, support through email)
- Desktop Imaging and replacement
- Desktop (Hardware, Operating Systems and Client-Side Software)
- Printers/Scanners
- Loan Processing Software (LPL, Mortgage Processing, etc.)
