Responsibilities

  • Work with Citrix / VDI environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance virtual desktop infrastructure for end users.
  • Engage in RightFax Engineering initiatives, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise messaging systems.
  • Support Windows Endpoint Engineering efforts, including OS image creation, patching, and security hardening aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Learn device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM), ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and seamless user experience across endpoints.
  • Maintain and enhance Dell Wyse thin client infrastructure, including firmware updates, profile management, and connectivity to VDI platforms.
  • Provide support for the End User Environment, resolving technical issues, helping with root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in design and code reviews for automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code deployments related to endpoint and VDI management.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint and VDI solutions meet compliance and security standards.
  • Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
