About The Position
Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is seeking a Desktop / End User Support Technician for its Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location. This office-based position provides end-user technical support, focusing on resolving equipment-related issues efficiently and maintaining a high standard of service. The role has no travel requirements and operates during the day. The technician also manages desktop hardware and software inventory to ensure equipment is available and functioning properly.
Requirements
