Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Windows Desktop and Active Directory
Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and upgrades
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High school diploma required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the site
Deliver high-quality support to both technical and non-technical users
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory
Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Office applications) and Windows environments
Assist with basic server and network troubleshooting
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware and software
Perform system imaging, patching, and updates
Ensure devices meet corporate security and compliance standards
Serve as a key IT contact for local users and coordinate with central IT teams
Support business operations systems and infrastructure
Participate in IT projects and system upgrades
