About The Position

WBM is seeking a Deskside Technician to provide onsite technical support for their EUC clients. The successful candidate will be based in Lloydminster or Macklin and available to travel throughout the week. This is a temporary six-month role with the potential for extension. In this role, you will provide onsite and remote support, work in a fast-paced environment, respond to and resolve client incidents and requests, and focus on exceeding customer expectations. You will be constantly learning new technology and driven to learn and grow in your role every day.

Requirements

Ability Write in both French and English
High School diploma or equivalent
CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
1-2 years of previous Deskside experience
Good communication, time management and mathematical skills
Dependable and reliable
Attention to detail and documentation – you take pride in your work
Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer related peripherals
Clean criminal record and driving abstract
