About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician III. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of enterprise deskside support experience. Reliable transportation is required. This role involves providing onsite IT support at our Norcross office and supporting an upcoming office relocation to Alpharetta. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, evaluating hardware for relocation or disposal, and assisting with support for the Credit team. The technician will also set up employee workspaces, manage incidents using ticketing systems, and collaborate with network teams for connectivity troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Associate degree - Required
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the practical application of systems and technology. This includes knowledge of systems architecture, hardware, operations and life cycle - 3+ years
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2025)
  • Office 365 products: installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting LAN, Wifi, VPN
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Job requires partnership with all levels of the organization from personnel to executives. White-glove support
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree - Preferred
  • Ticketing system experience - ServiceNow Preferred
  • Experience with Conference Room Technology and Smart Whiteboards - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support at our Norcross office and support our upcoming office relocation to Alpharetta
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 11), network, mobile devices and across a range of applications while providing White-glove support
  • Evaluate hardware to determine if it goes to new office or be e-wasted
  • Lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 lbs. Tear down and setup of equipment
  • Assist with support of our Credit team on site at Norcross while setting up new office in Alpharetta
  • Set up employee workspaces, including laptops, desk phones, and conference room AV equipment. Need to be able to traverse stairs
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking
  • Collaborate with network management teams to troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
