About The Position

Tellus Equipment Solutions is seeking a Deskside Support Technician II to provide hands-on technical support across our corporate office and store locations.

Requirements

• Previous desktop, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to company locations supporting Tellus locations across South and Central Texas as needed; mileage is reimbursed for business travel.
• Must be able to lift and move at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to accommodate occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, hardware, and peripherals.
• Set up equipment and systems for new hires.
• Diagnose and resolve employee technology issues.
• Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting.
• Install approved software, updates, and drivers.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and service records.
• Provide onsite support at company locations as needed.
