About The Position
CompucomStaffing’s client is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite support in Miami, Florida. This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of one year and the possibility of extension. CompucomStaffing employee relationship managers provide career guidance and reemployment assistance throughout the engagement.
Responsibilities
- Perform IMACD tasks.
- Provide break/fix support.
- Stage, build, image, configure, and deploy endpoints.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support asset handling.
- Update tickets.
- Provide end-user support.
- Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests.
- Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records.
- Assist with coordinating escalations.
