About The Role: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers Promptly answers the Phone in a friendly and courteous manner Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking Previous customer service / reception experience is essential Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest! Requirements
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
