About The Position
RAPP is seeking a Designer who brings a passion for detail, conceptual thinking, and exceptional hands-on design skills. In this role, you will work across diverse media, translating ideas into visually compelling solutions while collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams. Your dedication to craft and ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life will be essential in delivering impactful creative work.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing produced work across digital, print, and social media.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and composition, with an exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, with respect for diverse perspectives and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides is a plus.
- Curiosity about and interest in experimenting with AI tools and emerging design technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs that are on strategy and aligned with client goals across various media, including digital, social, print, and more.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and other creative team members to ensure cohesive execution of ideas.
- Translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create mood boards, style guides, and design mock-ups to communicate your vision effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating new approaches into your work.
- Manage your workflow efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering designs that exceed expectations.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
