About The Position

Hill’s Pet Nutrition is looking for a versatile and highly skilled Designer to join our dynamic Strategic Creative Services team. This role is essential for bringing our brand to life across a wide range of channels. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse, capable of managing a high volume of work and seamlessly switching between digital, print, motion, and e-commerce projects. You will be a key player in the core production of creative assets that engage our consumers and support our global marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of professional design experience in an in-house creative team or agency setting.
  • 5+ years experience working with a diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and motion design.
  • 5+ years experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Familiarity with design for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon A+ content).
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, production-focused role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide array of creative assets, including static and animated digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and e-commerce content.
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, in-store signage, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality production standards.
  • Create short-form motion graphics and video assets for use in digital advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Creative Managers, Project Managers, and marketing stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling, on-brand creative solutions.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to Hill’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, from concept through to final execution.
  • Prepare and package final creative files for various platforms and production environments.
