Requirements

• Astute aesthetics demonstrated in a portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and range.
• Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A growth mindset, finding opportunity in challenges and contributing to a fast-paced, growing business.
• Ability to pivot between techniques and balance design and art.
• Ability to foster creativity within a project and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels.
• Strong listening skills, making internal and external clients feel heard, inspired, and transcended.
• A track record, or clear point of view, on scaling and improving large, multi-faceted projects, streamlining creative project phases from research and ideation through refinement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative concepts through pitch decks, moodboards, sketches, and brand execution.
• Build out creative materials across diverse formats and channels, adapting your approach to each client's needs.
• Explore and create motion and animated assets when projects call for it.
• Ensure visual consistency and impeccable quality across deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and refining every detail.
• Support digital production work using your design tools of choice.
• Work closely with a dynamic international team to execute concepts aligned with established client brand systems and contribute to projects from concept through delivery.
• Ready final files for production, ensuring technical precision and on-time delivery.
