About The Position

Join B-Hive, Bradley University's design agency housed in the Heuser Art Center, and help bring real client projects to life. At Bradley University, a new design agency called B-Hive bridges the gap between academic brilliance and real-world impact. Within the Heuser Art Center, current students from Bradley come together to form B-Hive. This unique agency not only addresses the immediate design needs of on-campus organizations, nonprofits, companies, and fellow students, but it also fosters an environment where creativity thrives and community is built. As a Designer, you will support the agency in creating visually appealing and effective designs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media.
- Create drafts, prototypes, and final design solutions using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or Figma.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Assist in producing assets for branding, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Participate in meetings and contribute creative ideas.
