About The Position

As a Designer, you’re eager to contribute to the development of creative concepts through visual design. You have original ideas and you’re a team player - taking in strategy and direction and translating it into design across digital experiences. You know how to balance your own creative expression with the realities of client requests. At this point in your career, you’ve tackled the basics of design applications and thrive in a variety of digital mediums. You have a keen attention to detail and most importantly, a passion for design.

Requirements

  • 2+ years education, 1+ years design, and interactive work experience.
  • Strong design portfolio, with impressive visual, interactive and graphic design skills demonstrated.
  • Solid working knowledge of the latest design toolsets, including experience using Figma and Photoshop
  • A well-rounded skillset, including strong experience in social media.
  • Communication skills that articulate creative ideas.
  • A proven aptitude for fast-paced creative thinking.
  • A desire to learn and keep growing.

Nice To Haves

  • UI and UX experience
  • Motion graphics experience for the Web and video.
  • Experience with video editing.
  • Experience with advertising campaign work.
  • Experience in the latest versions of After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
  • Design concepts that can be applied to multiple digital channels including paid social and digital out-of-home
  • Ideate and create content that lives on social platforms
  • Retouch, edit and cut photo and video assets
  • Assist in art directing by creating mood boards and storyboards
  • Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.
