About The Position

Psycho Bunny is a fast-growing, uninhibited lifestyle brand seeking a talented and passionate Designer for a 12-month contract. Reporting directly to the Director, Design Division, you will play a key role in bringing our product vision to life across multiple categories, while fostering seamless collaboration between departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience) combined with over 5 years of hands-on apparel design experience in the fashion industry.
• In-depth and specialized knowledge in key product categories (e.g., outerwear, woven tops, woven bottoms).
• Excellent command of garment construction, technical specifications, and execution, along with a perfect mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and productivity tools (Excel, Google Workspace).
• A keen critical eye for your own work and that of others, allowing you to provide constructive feedback with creative solutions.
• Natural autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Dynamic team spirit capable of leading projects independently while clearly and articulately presenting your ideas to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate seasonal concepts and new global trends into high-performing product lines that are true to the brand's image.
• Research and develop cutting-edge fabrics, trims, and execution techniques that consistently elevate the brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to create innovative and fashion-forward designs, optimizing sales and gross profit margins.
• Work alongside the Production team and Fit Technicians to ensure that tech packs, construction, and fit accuracy meet our high standards.
• Own your design deliverables while rigorously adhering to the seasonal creative calendar and production timelines.
• Mentor, support, and contribute to the development of junior design team members to foster continuous creative growth.
