About The Position

The Designer is responsible for the ideation, design, development, refinement, problem-solving and successful delivery of marketing assets. Working as a member of the Creative Services team, the Designer develops marketing/design initiatives in print, digital, EGD and experiential disciplines. The Designer is also responsible for delivery of deadline driven projects. Additionally, the Designer provides support to other team members while staying abreast of cultural trends to ensure up-to-date, relevant, impactful branding and marketing communications. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in design, marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals/principles
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve design issues
  • Ability to accept and adapt to changing design tasks and priorities
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
