Provide essential technical support, create comprehensive designs for control systems, instrumentation, and related equipment. Essential in designing components and terminations for complete instrumentation interconnect wiring diagrams, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality. Create detailed designs, plans, and specifications for the construction and installation of new systems, as well as the modification and upgrade of existing ones while working closely with a team of engineers and project managers. This will involve coordinating with the design team to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed, and that the final designs are accurate and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be engaged to participate in project scoping, planning, status reporting and scope management.

Requirements

  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills – written and verbal.
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • Strong relationship capabilities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Provides computer aided design (CAD) drafting, prepares drawings and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, vendor data, and
  • Coordinates and consults with engineers or other designers to complete projects, ensuring adherence to established specifications and
  • Support equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, and other
  • Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of
  • Present design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other
  • Plan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project reporting and schedule
  • Identify scope changes and estimate impact to effort and
  • Supports proposal efforts by evaluating RFP scope, identifying list of deliverables, and estimating effort
  • Monitors progress and performance against the project
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of

  • Prepares, reviews, and approves instrumentation equipment, conduit, and wiring BOMs and
