About The Position

Closet Factory is a leader in the custom home solutions industry, with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking Design Sales people for the Ft. Myers, Venice, and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will work locally, with bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant in Ft. Myers, FL. We offer an established brand and a supportive environment to foster success and personal development. This role involves helping clients improve their lives by designing custom organizational systems for their homes. We provide comprehensive training, marketing materials, sample materials, technical tools, and professional mentorship. You will work directly with our sales manager and co-owners. We provide qualified leads, so there is no cold calling unless desired. The process involves calling potential customers to set up in-home appointments, creating designs, pricing them, and closing deals. We value our employees and provide training to help them excel.

Requirements

Sales experience is required.
2+ years of Sales Experience

Responsibilities

Create dynamic, truly custom solutions for every room in clients' homes.
Work locally, with bi-weekly sales meetings at the manufacturing plant.
Help clients live better lives by designing products for their homes that help them get organized.
Call potential customers to set up appointments to meet with them in their homes.
Create a design for their space and price it.
Demonstrate passion and personality, showcase salesmanship and sales skill, and close the deal.
