This role involves consulting with clients in their homes, presenting and measuring for custom window covering solutions, closing sales, and preparing design specifications. The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business, and utilize technology-based tools for seamless presentations and proposals. The company has been transforming homes with custom window treatments since 1936 and emphasizes a team-oriented, client-focused approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years in outside sales
• At least 1 year in in-home sales
• Experience with interiors or home improvement products
• Strong closing skills
• Consultative sales approach
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital presentation tools
• Proven results of closure rates, average sales, and sales figures
