About The Position
Closet Factory is seeking ambitious, coachable, and entrepreneurial Design Sales Consultants to join our growing team serving SE Wisconsin. This is not a traditional retail design role. Our consultants work directly with homeowners to design and sell fully customized organizational solutions including spaces like, closets, home offices, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, mudrooms, and more. You will combine consultative sales, space planning, and design expertise to transform clients’ homes and lifestyles. The right candidate is competitive, self-motivated, professional, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of performance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of personal accountability and self-discipline
- Comfortable learning technical design software and CAD systems
- Professional presence and consultative approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Laptop computer and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners
- Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales process
- Design customized organizational solutions using our CAD software
- Create and present design proposals and pricing
- Manage projects from consultation through installation
- Prospect, network, and generate referral opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
