About The Position

Closet Factory is looking for passionate, upbeat, professional salespeople with a great track record to join their growing sales team. This role involves designing custom closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, and more, fitting the organizational, aesthetic, and budgetary needs of each client. The company provides preset qualified leads, but self-generated leads are encouraged and rewarded. Closet Factory is a leader in the Custom Closet industry with over 30 years of experience, designing, manufacturing, selling, and installing custom storage solutions for homes.

Requirements

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Superior problem-solving ability.
2+ years sales experience.
Proficient working with computer programs.
Must possess solid math skills.
Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
Strong spacial planning abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be customer service oriented.
A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
A personal laptop computer.

In-home sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Selling directly to homeowners within a 60-minute travel radius of their home.
Generating leads (self-generated leads are encouraged and rewarded).
