About The Position

This is an in-home sales position where you will meet clients in their homes to design, quote, and close on projects that transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces. Closet Factory has been a provider of custom closet systems for over 40 years and also offers solutions for other spaces like custom entertainment centers. The role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, creative, and enjoy working with people. Designers have the flexibility to set their own schedules, and the company provides qualified preset appointments.

Requirements

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• 2+ years Sales Experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
• Proficient working with computer programs.
• Must possess solid math skills.
• Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
• Creative Thinker / able to Visualize.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be Customer Service Oriented
• A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
• A personal Windows based laptop computer
