Requirements

• A completed degree, ideally in design, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Creativity and a strong sense of good design.
• Independent working style, a sense of responsibility, and openness to new things.
• A hands-on attitude, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and motivation.
• Careful spelling and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience at a consultancy, agency, or a company’s HR or personnel marketing department; entry-level candidates are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for various communication channels, including print, web, and social media.
• Conceptualize web designs and implement them using page builders; training is provided.
• Use Adobe design programs such as Illustrator and InDesign.
• Contribute to other activities within the company’s service area that are of interest to the candidate.
