Responsibilities also encompass monitoring project schedules and risks, managing meetings and design reviews, anticipating roadblocks, and owning the resolution of UX-related issues throughout the product lifecycle. The Designer II will lead a small team, be responsible for hiring and mentoring direct reports, and manage a major carrier account.
