Requirements

Equivalent of a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design or an Architectural Studies degree preferred, but not required.
Travel required for documenting and analyzing existing building conditions to produce as-built documents and reports.

Responsibilities

Use 2D and 3D software to assist the Design Team in the development of designs and drafting construction documents in support of clients' building program.
Utilize education and experience to independently tackle challenges as they arise on projects with the support of the Design Team lead.
Gain experience evaluating client requirements, building code, and zoning regulations to develop design recommendations.
Provide technical design planning and coordination in a collaborative and multi-disciplined environment.
