Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) for an overnight shift to provide crisis outreach services throughout Clark County. This role is grounded in the recovery model, aiming to engage individuals in intervention services such as brief therapy, case management, and referrals. The DCR will initiate involuntary holds and detainments when an individual poses an imminent risk of harm to self, others, or property, and investigate allegations of serious harm or grave disability. Responsibilities include gathering evidence, conducting clinical evaluations, determining appropriate interventions (voluntary or involuntary), preparing legal documents, serving legal documents, testifying in court, and coordinating the civil commitment process. This position requires working rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call status during peak demand periods.
