About The Position

Pathways To Community (PTC) is seeking a Residential Services Manager to act as a Designated Coordinator, overseeing three programs licensed under 245D. Requirements

  • Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per MN Statute 245D.
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold an acceptable driving record.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
  • Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
  • Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s Residential Services programs.
  • Work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
  • Directly supervise the operations of their locations; develops relationships, leads and trains staff, and ensures services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
  • Ensure residential programs are compliant and meet licensing standards.
  • Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors.
  • Assist with client direct care as needed.
  • Maintain and perform audits.
  • Conduct clear and thorough communication.
