About The Position

The Design Thinking Facilitator will be part of the Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship Program. This role involves facilitating design thinking exercises within both curricular and co-curricular settings, under the supervision of faculty. The exercises will cover various stages of the design thinking process, including problem definition, empathy interviews, brainstorming, challenge definition, solution prototyping, and user testing of prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of professional experience.
