About The Position

This role requires a blend of retail sales, customer service, and design skills. The Design Studio Spc/Home Stylist will be responsible for managing complex orders across various sales channels, proactively anticipating client needs, and providing excellent customer follow-up. Availability is key, with full-time associates needing open availability and casual associates requiring specific weekend and weekday shifts, plus availability for inventory and the holiday season.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong clienteling skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business (for full-time associates).
• Minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday) (for casual associates).
• Availability for annual inventory and the entire holiday season (November and December) (for casual associates).
