About The Position

This role involves providing design services and styling for home furnishings, requiring strong sales and customer service skills. The position demands the ability to manage complex orders across different sales channels and proactively anticipate client needs. Experience with the elements of design is preferred. The role also requires availability for inventory and peak holiday seasons.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail sales experience.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong clienteling skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Full-time associates must have open availability.
• Casual associates must be available for a minimum of two weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and one weekday shift (Monday to Thursday).
• Availability cannot fall on the same day for casual associates' weekend shifts.
• Associates must be available for annual inventory and the entire holiday season (November and December).

Nice To Haves

• Specialty retail experience preferred.
• Experience in working with the six elements of design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design services and styling for home furnishings.
