We’re looking for a proven Design Sales Manager to lead and elevate our team of high-performing kitchen designers across 20+ states. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through thoughtful design solutions. You will play a key role in guiding the team toward: understanding and embracing the company’s goals and mission. while ensuring team members are aligned with company objectives, working together to achieve success. Optimizing sales performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
