Requirements
- A people person — upbeat, friendly, and always smiling
- Confident speaking with customers and building relationships
- Passionate about design and helping others bring their vision to life
- Organized, proactive, and love staying busy
- The kind of person who says “let’s make it happen!” rather than “that’s not my job”
- Sales experience - min 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm
- Enjoy sales and talking to people.
- Help homeowners, contractors, and designers find the perfect tile for their project
- Offer design advice on colours, styles, and layouts
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to close sales
- Work with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports each other every day
