About The Position
At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use their skills in reading people, making recommendations, and problem-solving to help clients address home storage challenges with custom solutions. No prior design degree or experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves conducting in-home design consultations to present the product line of custom pull-out drawers and organization solutions for existing cabinets. Solutions can range from $1,500 for smaller projects to over $15,000 for complete kitchen renovations, with an average order size of approximately $6,000. All products are precision-engineered, custom-built in the USA, and come with a lifetime warranty and a 100% Elation Guarantee. Designers are responsible for generating their own appointments through personal relationships and introductions, with no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or telemarketing involved.
