Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and or MBA from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent)
Knowledge of interior parts, focused on Complete interior seats
NX and Teamcenter knowledge
Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems design/development/releasing experience
Experience with Tooling feasibility in Injection molded plastics/Decorative components
Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T, and i-Speed
Well-rounded outward attitude
Willingness to present to Management
Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools (Green Belt -- DFSS/Reactive, SBT, 3L5Y)
Highly effective at communicating technical issues both verbally and written
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong technical knowledge of plastic design and system interfaces
Strong technical knowledge of mechanism and moving components interfaces
Strong communications skills and ability to convey technical information for understanding to various audiences (management/non-technical)
Strong technical knowledge of plastic components and metal structures design and seat system interfaces
Strong technical knowledge of mechanism, latches and moving components interfaces
Demonstrated working knowledge of Powertrain / Engine / Transmission operation and components
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
