Design Professional - Civil
About The Position
As a Civil Design Professional in the Industrial Development market with 0-3 years of professional experience, you will play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve. This is an entry-level professional role requiring a bachelor’s degree in engineering and no experience, or equivalent. You will work under close supervision with specific and detailed instructions, performing a variety of routine tasks to gain familiarity with engineering staff, methods, practices, and programs. You will perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments and may assist in the development of selected clients through marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in foundational engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel – basic level).
- Familiarity with discipline-specific analysis or modeling software (introductory level).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn standard practices.
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: Candidates must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- A full clean driver’s license is required.
