About The Position
The Design Manager leads the Apex design team and puts clear processes in place to improve efficiency, teamwork, and design accuracy. This role guides both the creative and operational side of the work, helping projects move smoothly from concept to customer Presentation to production and installation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience in signage, manufacturing, architecture, or related fields
- Sign Design and Problem Solving
- Sign industry experience and understanding of estimating practices
- Design Software
- AI tools
- Process development & root cause analysis
- Team leadership and professional development

- AI implementation, Training, & Technology Adoption
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring designers
- Strong understanding of production ready design preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Auto CAD preferred
